Client Success Representative - Power Sports Industry - REMOTE

A Friendemic Client Success Representative is responsible for managing relationships with their clients by helping facilitate the usage of our products, services, and packages. As a Client Success Representative, you will oversee product fulfillment for your automotive clients as well as assist in training the client on how to best utilize the suite of Friendemic reputation and content products. Client Success Representatives are in constant contact with their assigned accounts to provide the highest level of service while reporting detailed results on these contacts and their success internally.

MAIN OBJECTIVES

Client Retention & Upsell:

  • Be an EXPERT USER of our products

  • Maintaining monthly contact with every account

  • Monthly metrics and reporting provided to each client

  • Up-selling beneficial products to existing clients

  • Knowing your clients personally

  • Understanding your clients business and needs

Performance Accountability:

  • Weekly reviews with the Senior Client Success Representative to review your strategies and client performance

  • Monthly review meeting with the VP of Client Success to evaluate client communication and personal goals

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

A successful Client Success Representative will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills along with the ability to work on their own and collaboratively with input from a team, display confidence in their abilities with clients while being able to think on their feet and outside of the box to develop the best strategy to meet their client and team goals. Client Success Representatives and teams work together with other Friendemic internal departments to ensure that they are successful in exceeding their clients’ expectations.

  • Power Sports background/Enthusiasm a MUST!

  • Strong knowledge of Google My Business, digital/social media marketing, online reputation, and branding are required.

  • Candidates should have a minimum of two years of business and customer relations experience with demonstrated ability in client-facing presentations and performing virtual real-time webinars.

Compensation depends on experience.
